In new A-League season all matches are available live and on demand on the streaming service Paramount

Additionally, every Saturday from 5pm AEDT there are two free-to-air games shown on Network 10. The broadcast rights deal for the A-League in Australia runs with Network 10 / Paramount through the end of the 2025-26 season.

The favourites for the 2025/26 A-League Men season are Melbourne City FC as defending champs, Auckland FC and Sydney FC.
This year the number of clubs is reduced to 12, after Western United FC was excluded for the season.

The 2025 Finals Series will follow last season format with two Elimination Finals, with the two winners advancing to a two-legged Semi Final against the top two sides, with the winners qualifying for the Grand Final. The A-League 2025 Finals Series will kick off on the weekend of 9-11 May with the Grand Final scheduled for the weekend of 31 May – 1 June. 

For the second straight year, the Central Coast Mariners put up an incredible Grand Final performance, defeating Melbourne Victory 3-1 to win the title for the second time in a row. 

Since first season in 2005, we had eight clubs that have won the A-League: Sydney FC (4 times), Melbourne City (3 times), Central Coast Mariners (3 times), Melbourne Victory (3 times), Adelaide United (twice), Brisbane Roar (twice), Perth Glory (once) and Western Sydney Wanderers (once)
