The Formula 1 returns to Melbourne for the Australian Grand Prix at the iconic Albert Park Circuit.  You can watch the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix live on Fox Sports, with streaming available on Kayo Sports. Qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix starts at 4:00 PM local Melbourne time on Saturday. The race begins at 3:00 PM AEDT on Sunday at Albert Park. 

The 2026 Winter Olympics  will be broadcast by Nine Network. The Super Bowl LX featuring the Seattle Seahawks vs the New England Patriots will take place at Levi’s Stadium in California and will be shown on Monday, 9 February. Game will kickoff around 10:30 am AEDT. You can watch it live and free on the Seven Network, including Channel 7, 7mate and the online streaming platform 7plus Sport, with pre-game coverage starting earlier in the morning.

The Perth Scorchers and the Sydney Sixers will face each other in the final of the Big Bash League.  The match will be broadcast live in Australia on Channel Seven and 7mate, with free-to-air coverage available nationwide. Fans can also watch the game via a free live stream on 7plus.

The final will also be shown live on Fox Cricket, with streaming access available through Kayo Sports.

Australia leads The Ashes Series 3–1 against England. The next and final Test will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground starting on 4 January. Australia has already retained the Ashes, but England can still win the final match.

The last F1 race of the season took place at Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi, serving as the championship decider. Lando Norris, Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri arrived in a three-way fight for the title, with Norris holding the points advantage and needing a podium to secure the championship. Australia will host England for a five-Test Ashes contest in the 2025–26 summer. The series is scheduled to commence on 21 November in Perth.
